1. Information we collect
Account details such as name, email, mobile number, and country, identity documents where verification is required, billing and deposit information, your strategy configurations and trading history, and technical data including IP address, device type, and log timestamps.
2. How we use it
To operate your account, execute the orders and strategies you configure, provide support, detect fraud and abuse, meet legal obligations, and — where you have opted in — send product updates.
3. Account security data
Passwords are stored hashed and two-factor secrets are encrypted at rest. Withdrawal destinations and device history are retained to detect unauthorised access. We never share these with third parties.
4. Legal basis
We process personal data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, and on the basis of legitimate interests in securing and improving the service. Marketing communications rely on consent. Sharing your registration details with the brokerage firms described below relies on the consent you give when you submit the form.
5. Sharing with brokerage firms
When you register or submit your details through this website, we share the personal data you provide — your name, email address, telephone number, country and IP address — with third-party brokerage firms that are authorised and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC). These firms will contact you, by telephone, email or other means, about their trading products and services. Once your data has been shared, each firm acts as an independent data controller and processes your information under its own privacy policy rather than this one. By submitting your details you acknowledge and agree that these firms may contact you.
6. Other recipients
We also use processors that act on our instructions and are bound by contractual confidentiality: providers that host our infrastructure, store the registrations submitted through this site, handle payments, and supply analytics and support tooling. We do not sell personal data.
7. Retention
Account and trading records are kept for the life of the account and for as long afterwards as required by tax, accounting, and anti-money-laundering rules. Demo account data is purged shortly after closure.
8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, and object to certain processing. Contact privacy@quantirac.com to exercise these rights.
9. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session security, and optional analytics cookies to understand product usage. You can manage optional cookies from the banner or your browser settings.
10. International transfers
Data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
